I am 5'6" and 185 pounds. I bought the Ginasy thermal underwear in size L. It fits true to size, is lightweight and adds an extra layer of warmth to keep me fit all day. The length is perfect. I bought the thermal underwear as a great base layer for outdoor sports. I recommend this product.
