The product itself is in good condition. My son specifically chose this product because it came with two paw print finishes for the joystick parts of the controller. However, we have just opened the package and found that one is missing. It's a birthday gift and we're still passing it along. But now I will order another one to make sure we get a second coat. I had my son check the package as it was his order. He has learned his lesson in checking the goods as soon as they arrive. I would give the product 5 stars if all the items ordered were purchased.
