I love this product. This is my 2nd one I've had. The first lasted about a year and a half so I can't call it great in terms of durability. I'm a professional hairdresser, so I take care of my tools. I think it deserves 5 stars because the suspense is great. Some irons straighten but don't flatten. I need an iron that can do both. I thought $100 was expensive but there are more expensive ones out there. I bought 3 different irons after my 1st Miss Priss shorted and I just didn't like any of them. That's what brought me here to just bite the bullet and get another butt of iron. When your hair isn't looking good most of us aren't feeling good and it ruins our day, this straightener is smooth and frizz free so I give it 5 stars. Hopefully it will last longer than 16 months.
