****Update***** 12/10/2020 DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA The app you must use to watch videos for this app runs in the background and uses less than 6GB of data than 24 hours. You have to pay for video storage, the motion alert turns off when clouds pass. I wouldn't buy this. you have been warned ___________________________ Okay, I bought this because my older dog has some of the problems that aging puppies have (shhh, he'll live forever). But basically I need to hear if he's having problems but we have some landlords who rent their house next door to a couple who have a very barking dog at night and it's hard to tell if I can hear my dog or them . After several panicked wakings at 3am to check on my Archer and lots of poor sleep, I decided to buy a baby monitor. My god I was amazed at the quality of this camera. It took maybe 2 minutes to get it working and now I can see if my pup is sleeping in the middle of the night and it doesn't bother me or my partner in the middle of the night. Night vision is very good, talk to talk is good and motion detection is excellent and you can set it as sensitive as you like. All in all a great purchase and I would recommend it to anyone rescuing fur babies or human babies!
