I've been using this replacement hose for a few months and so far it's working just like our original which was about ten years old and ended up drying out and cracking. . Installation was easy (no cutting! Just unclip the end of the hose and pull it out from the bottom of the vacuum cleaner body, then thread a new one through the vacuum cleaner body) and it just works. There is nothing more to say about the hose.
