I use a hub to make it easy to switch from mobile to desktop at home. I hooked up a second monitor, an APC UPS, and a couple of USB label printers. I wish the hub had a different USB port, but it fits my use case well. I appreciate the power of one cable for additional display, Ethernet, and USB connectivity. It would be nice if a power bank was included with the hub, you'll need to buy one if you want to charge your laptop while you work. tied together. The Hub feels light, which is fine for travel but can be cheap at home. I had to attach it to the back of the monitor because the cables were tugging at it and I couldn't keep it in one place. I tried the velcro option but the cords were pulling/bucking the device too much.
