Women's Fashion is still waiting for a weightlifting shoe that actually works .Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice I can tell you that these shoes definitely arent it. The tight fit caused my feet to ache, and the lack of support left me feeling wobbly on my lifts. SAVE your money and try a different brand..
