The BEST tool to 'feel' the swing in golf, 'feel' the delay and increase swing speed. Even great for timing chip recording at the lowest settings. I wish I had had that 25 years ago. I am recovering from foot surgery and bought this and the popular whip device to swing in my boot. It's 10 times better than a whip. Opened my eyes to how to really swing. And it's a very free feeling without tension. At first it was very difficult to start at level 5. Now I can do stage 2 1/2. It should be even better if I can wipe my shoe off. I feel like it evens out and lengthens my shots with all racquets, making them more consistent. I love this thing so much I will update my progress. Also very durable, so the cost is a bit higher than the other side. Absolutely worth every penny.
