I got a MYXfitness bike for Christmas. You have the choice to use your regular athletic shoes or spin shoes. I used my athletic shoes for a few months but my toes were starting to hurt so I looked into cycle shoes. I did a lot of research. I took a chance on these for a few reasons. They had good ratings. The tongue of the shoe is fabric which is so comfortable. It doesn’t dig into my foot. The shoe had laces which I found appealing for better fit. The cleat is recessed into the shoe so I can walk without tearing up my floor. The cleat came with the shoe. I have been using this shoe for a few weeks now and still like them. Things to know: the shoe is stiff. It’s not a normal athletic shoe. This is good because feet don’t move around in them. I have narrow feet and it was a little snug on me width wise but like I said my foot doesn’t slide around. I usually wear a size 9 in Nike shoes but after reading reviews I ordered an 8.5. It fits length wise. I thought about exchanging them for a 9 because they were a little snug width wise but then they would be too big in the length. Make sure you chose the right cleat. Different bikes use different cleats. I would buy these again. Take a chance. You can always return or exchange if they don’t fit right.
