Easy navigation through all functions (ease in training).

The interface could be more user-friendly by showing icons instead text labels or even better - pictures! I would also like it if there were some additional templates available which are not included as part of this program yet? It's great so far but we have only used about 5% out of what you can do here since our implementation started 2 months ago already!! We use channel management mainly because they offer very good prices compared other providers at least when comparing their products sidebyside during price negotiations before purchase decision was made.
