I like that they have been very helpful in my transition from another provider to their team! They are quick with responses (even when it's late) & always friendly as well!! Their turnaround time for edits/changes has also improved over other providers we've used previously - which was great because our launch date got pushed back due changes made by this vendor after being hired originally. The only thing about them now would be if you're not familiar wth how an online store should look or feel then maybe hiring someone who knows what your looking fwd too will help more than having people just guessing? We were using Shopify + WooCommerce platform so had some learning curve but once everything became clear things went smoothly :).
