I have no idea how this product actually works as it arrived 'new in the box' with no power supply. With no power supply, the device works like a paperweight, and that's it. The box was also water damaged but this may or may not have happened during shipping. Edit: Also attached are photos of the water damage in the manual. Aain, it might be related to shipping due to water damage. However, a sealed new device must not be without power.
