Review on 📦 SunWorks Heavyweight Construction Paper, 9 x 12 Inches: Black Color, 100 Sheet Pack by Jessica Lewis

I'm an art teacher and have used many different brands of paper and this thick paper is terrible. The texture of the paper is not suitable for drawing. It is difficult to get an even, solid color with Crayola crayons (good quality crayons). It soaks up the marker like a sponge, makes any color very dark, and uses up my markers' ink very quickly. I have seen coloring books with better quality paper. I haven't found any material this paper would be good for - maybe lining a bird cage?
