This is a real convertible backpack. The design of the handles makes it easy to convert the bag into a shoulder bag. The center inner pocket helps organize my stuff and the zippered pocket on the back is perfect for things I need at the moment like my wallet or keys. However, the best feature of this bag could be made better. The edges of the handle are not processed quietly. If they added some accents to the edges of the handles I would give this bag ten stars!
