We want to go back - something is wrong with this
We only installed this part in August. After 2 months we assume that one of the ball bearings has a very large play. We would like to come back - there is something wrong. When they tried to return they said they were no longer available to return. This part is guaranteed for at least 12 months. We want our money back.
