Originally bought these & another pair in US size 10 only to find that my toes were a good distance from the front of the boot. Sized down 1/2 size to 9.5 US and they fit very well.Can't say much about longevity (there is a YT vid where someone goes on a hike and provides other feedback). For the price, they seem like they'll be good for dry weather days when walking the dog, going for light hikes (no heavy pack), or just bumming around. Again, not sure about longevity, but they appear to be as well made as comparable boots that breathe well in the warmer months.
