The products seems to be well made and the best part is that it is long enough to cover my entire belly. However, it does not have any back support (the rod things) and the wrap part starts on the sides not from the back so doesn’t wrap good to consider it a waist trainer. I workout with it today and it felt good, no ride up stayed in place.I am a 43 inch waist and ordered the large and can close to the 2nd clips so size chart is not correct, I could have gotten a medium size since I want it to fit tight.
