Prior to this purchase I have always bought Otterbox Defender cases because I have seen them protect very well against accidental damage and are well made. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that this case is well made, durable and protects the entire phone - for a third of the price! It is an attractive case and fits together perfectly. Wife really liked the color combination. This is an impressive case for the money. One caveat: when removing the lens cap from the rear cap after unpacking, be careful not to scratch the lens cap by pulling back the rubber rear cap. I used a dull kitchen knife to push back the rubber on either side just enough to loosen the lens cap and remove it.
