Three of the first four cables I tested (out of a set of 10) were defective and my cable tester showed intermittent shorts. Stopped there and sent back but left a bad review here. The manufacturer then contacted me directly and offered to send me a replacement. I agreed. The new 10 pack is actually just two of their 5 packs so I didn't receive all the colors pictured. But I tested all ten cables and they work fine. I used half of these in rehearsals this weekend and they worked as expected, no issues with connectors or anything. So I'm revising my review here to reflect the fact that they came forward and got things right, and they did. So far, so good!
