This is a great product that works as intended but most importantly the email customer support is exceptional. They have saved me two headaches at work so far and have always answered me, as far as I remember it was less than an hour and maybe not even work time (where I was it was 5 hours). Revain has been sourcing things right and left for at least 5 years and is the only company that has impressed me enough that I felt compelled to give a positive review. As for the product itself, it gets the job done with no signature lag, it's instant, it's a million times better than what the UPS guy uses, it also has a larger screen and the device is solid as it has withstood the field work on our inspector and has already outlasted two laptops (if only laptops were as durable as this little guy This signature pad does more than you can imagine with Microsoft Word, Excel, Infopath, Acrobat etc Topas systems)
