This device works well with some problems. Installed a graphics card with two monitors. At first I couldn't get it to recognize both monitors. Apparently win10 does not support the built-in driver. I downloaded the software from the CD that came with the device. This solved the dual monitor detection problem, but the display only took up 90% of the screen. I tried to check the customer support page, it was blank and hadn't been updated in over a year. I found an option in the bundled software to fix the 90% display problem. I thought I could be home free until I tried to register the device to activate the three year warranty. If you guessed that the registration page didn't exist, you were right. Even AMD RADEON does not list support for this particular card. Bottom line, the only support for this device is the CD that comes with the graphics card.
