I received a used bag when I thought I was receiving a new item. As you see in the pictures, I found 2 sanitary napkins (unused, thank goodness) and what I assume is a used mask in an inside pocket. Yuck! I also noticed that the product tags and the decorative keychain are missing from the outside. I was really looking forward to receiving this bag as an early birthday present to myself. Now, I’m not sure if I’m going to keep it or not.
