I sit in front of several computer screens all day. I had Lasik two weeks ago (9/24/18) and have been using them since I got back to work. A friend recommended a very expensive $100+ brand, but I did a little research and found this to be the best option. My eyes are not strained or injured by light (light sensitivity after LASIK is one thing!). My only complaint is how easily they get dirty and are so difficult to clean! A cloth doesn't really help, drugstore lens drying towels don't work, my shirt doesn't work lol, and even using lens cleaner takes a few tries to get them spot and streak free. I would definitely recommend them because they do what they are supposed to do and really take the strain off my eyes and eliminate a lot of the sensitivity I feel from the light. Great for watching TV and using my phone (but you can easily put your iPhone into Nightshift mode, which is the same concept).
