It's very easy to use. I can quickly call in customers, make reservations, and see my schedule. The customer service is great! They are always willing to help you. The only thing I dislike about this system is that it takes some time for the computers to load up. Sometimes it lags so much that I have to wait for a good 15 minutes before being able to do anything. This is a great program if you're looking for something that has all of your business needs covered. I am able to easily communicate with clients, keep track of appointments, and see my schedule at one place.
