I never, ever learn. If this looks too good to be true, it probably is. This is my life story. I ordered these because of the phenomenal price and great reviews which I am now questioning. These fans look great and are really great quality. They are NOT flimsy and flimsy at all and are no worse or even better than the CM fans on my all-in-one. The problem started with a hub that can hold up to 10 fans. THAT would be great if fans really stayed connected! NEVER on this planet are 10 fans connected to this hub and all hair is on their heads. It took me forever and a day to keep three in touch. You need a free SATA port to connect the hub. The hub is also equipped with a fan and ARGB connectors. The ARGB connector has 2 different motherboard connectors. One for ASUS and MSI motherboards and one for Gigabyte motherboards. Aside from the hub, installation was fairly routine. When I first turned on my computer, all 3 fan LEDs worked. Brilliant! Then I had to restart and only 2 of them turned back on. OK, that's weird. I open Aura Sync to make sure they are addressable and yes they are. When I first read the instructions, I saw that I had to double-tap the remote's power button to put it into sync mode. Cool, now it does exactly the same as my AIO. Dude, I wish the LED wouldn't stop working. Maybe I'll reboot and everything will be fine. lol. I'm rebooting and yes, you guessed it. Now I only have one LED fan as you can see from the uploaded pictures. That's bad too, because these fans are of pretty good quality. MUCH better than I thought they would be. So yeah, I spent $30. I will not open my suitcase again, take out the fans, pack them up and send them back. It's just not worth the time. If they would send me 2 new fans that would be great but I doubt it will happen. *** UPDATE: Customer service contacted. A very nice young lady sent a new set of fans. As you can see in the photo, they work perfectly. They also work great with Aura Sync and the hub works about 954215687 times better than the first. Everything is good and fits the HUB perfectly. I hope everything continues to work like this! If anything changes, I'll be sure to post an update!
