Installation was easy. Just follow the instructions

Installation was easy. Just follow the instructions. Requires no soldering. I removed the light from the ceiling and replaced the old light cord with cord and reinstalled. Works perfectly.

Pros

Operates at 30,000 cycles for maximum efficiency
