I work from home and needed a better chair as the one I have is starting to squeak a lot. I bought this one, it looks good, good value. I assembled it which was pretty easy, the instructions are easy to follow. If you don't have skeletal structure, your hands dig into your thigh and it's very uncomfortable. I'm a male of average build 5ft 7in, not much flesh on me yet the armrests just get in the way, order this chair and you will know what I am talking about. After sitting at a table for two hours, my butt starts to hurt and I have to constantly adjust so that the pain is not constant, like the middle of the chair is pressing on the buttocks and not rocking the butt like a chair. I must have thought I assembled it wrong, but no, I double checked everything to make sure I was following the instructions correctly. Very uncomfortable chair! I will disassemble it and send it back for a full refund. I do NOT recommend. Spend more money on something more substantial, because that's what I will do.
