I bought this as a birthday gift, I was embarrassed when I opened the gift but it was clearly used. The eye sticker was partially scratched, there were clear signs of abrasion above the eye from trying to clean it, and the color of the logo had faded in the sun. When the little one tried to use it we thought the wheels were stuck, but no, it turns out the dog's head uses a mechanism that attaches to the front wheels. So since this mechanism moves the entire head, it requires a lot of pressure on the wheels to move. which is why the baby doesn't want to use it because it will get tired after 2 minutes of hard pressing, so they use it as a room decoration instead of a toy.
