I purchased this to use on a cruise for the credit card size pass you need to have on you all the time. On the very first day the pull on the zipper pulled right off after the third zip! That rendered it useless at that time. HOWEVER, The UPDATE is that when the company read of my problem they responded within hours! I got a personal message from the co-founder who assured me that he would make it right and notify his technicians of the problem I had. He not only replaced it but sent 2 replacements! I zipped and unzipped them many times and no problem. I checked the inside stitching and it is stitched securely across end where the pull came off on mine. So, maybe I got a fluke the first time. This isn't an expensive purchase, and wasn't a colossal crisis when it broke, so I was pleasantly surprised and impressed that a company would care this much about quality to make sure the customer was satisfied. In this mass produced, anonymous, throw away consumer world, way to go NEWZILL for caring enough to stand by your products!
