Do not order this item!

I take this oil filter out of the box and it won't open. The gears are stuck in one point. I had to spray Ed-40 to open it. After many hours of work, he was released. I then tried using it on my Briggs & Stratton filter. He scooted around the filter and did nothing. THIS IS DIRT! Maybe I can use it as a paperweight.
