This laptop says it fits in 17 inches with space for a mouse pad. Well, it has room for a mouse, but the 17-inch size is slightly larger than the pad area. It doesn't really matter to me personally, but those who need full mouse tracking space should be aware. Apart from that: I love the solid feel and the ultra light weight of this table. I've had another cheap table before and it was also strong and light but the cushions on the bottom were of poor quality. Not so with this table! The edge won't cut my legs anymore! The pads are thick enough and placed in the right places to provide good support for a slightly heavier/larger laptop. To be honest I didn't even think small pallet grooves would be something I would use. I was wrong! I work from home and use a card. It used to just hang around, but it fit perfectly in one of those trays and was a nice bonus feature I didn't even know I needed! I'm very happy with this product and it's worth paying a few bucks more for a cheaper price. Trademark no doubt.
