This hourglass curler is awesome. It arrived earlier than expected. It heats up quickly and gets very hot. I personally prefer not to use a glove because it makes my hair frizzy. I spray my hair with a heat protectant spray and then part it. I went for big sections of hair to get a fuller look. The hourglass shape ensures a good hold so that the hair does not slip off the rod. Creates perfect curls and helps add volume to hair. Make sure it doesn't get near your fingers or your head, it took me a few sections to get used to the shape.
