I bought one of these a few years ago, it's the best for tracking down random bugs and getting them outside. I needed another for a different location and found the following to be substandard and unrelated to the original I bought years ago which still works great. 1. The sunroof just dangles, on my old one it stays open and closes by snapping. 2. The thread securing the chamber to the gun is too loose and will not stay in place. 3. This was a deal breaker, the two fan blades were misshapen and almost non existent. Dear seller, the company that makes them has let you down. This is usually a great product but what you sent me is literally rubbish and will be sent back immediately.
