Soup wasn't warm enough
When I first used this, I made sure my soup was hot enough before I put it in the jar. After 5-6 hours, when it was time for lunch, my food had cooled significantly to almost room temperature. The next time I used it, I poured boiling water into the container to heat it up before adding my soup, which I also brought to a boil. Again 5-6 hours later, when it was time for lunch, my meal had cooled considerably. I wouldn't recommend it as it's now being used as a useless food storage container that I can't even wash in the dishwasher. Save your money, buy the real deal.
