I bought this Pitaka air vent mount/charger and the same dash mount/charger for both of our cars. The vent mount base was not working due to the vent design on my tundra, so I contacted Pitaka and their support team helped me resolve the issue quickly with 100% satisfaction on my part. As for the Pitaka mount itself, I tried Belkin and a few other MagSafe-compatible mounts with my iPhone 13 Pro Max, but the magnets in those mounts weren't strong enough to securely hold the phone with the Limitless 4.0 Aramid Fiber Mous hold phone case. I've been using the Pitaka mount for about a week now including rough roads and it holds the 13 Pro Max without falling off. Overall, I am very satisfied with this Pitaka car mount/charger.
