This was just what I needed to relocate the front number plate on my 2010 Scion Tc. (Fits all 05-10 Tc) Lots of settings for the right platen angle that suits you. Amazingly durable and won't come off after riding on bumpy roads. When installing I recommend that you use some red or blue Loctite on the threaded hook adapter and a main locking nut. By making sure you've done this after making the right adjustments, you're spot on. (Yes, that block will push your panel about 2 inches out of the bumper, but who cares, you're rocking an unlocked lower grille/intercooler.
