These are standard balloons, no better or worse than any I've bought over the years. I used an electric pump, which is usually most convenient for inflating a full balloon, but the electric pump threw confetti all over the place in the 0.2 seconds between turning the pump off and removing the balloon from the nozzle to tie it off . The size of the confetti poses a choking hazard to small pets or children, so use caution. I would use a hand pump if I knew this was going to happen. The red balls were much smaller than expected. Otherwise they are cute when they are all together.
