The ease of use when creating releases from several platforms as well as sharing them with others was helpful for us (as journalists) in an industry that is constantly shifting around itself.

I didn’t like how we could not share links or other content to different networks within one platform; this made for some confusion at times while trying to figure out what would be released first online vs what got picked up by local papers/ TV stations etc.. Overall though - great tool! Our editor had previously used another service so she knew all her processes inside-out already but being able to go through everything together really helped get things right more quickly than if each person went into their own system separately.
