I like this device very much. I love shredding my cheese to make baked ziti and baked macaroni and cheese. This usually takes a little time and is messy when using a simple grader. This device took about 30 seconds to grind a block of hard Kraft cheese and about or less than a minute for a block of Polly-O mozzarella cheese. I'm very glad I brought this with me. I started sharing the link with my family and friends after using it because I think they will love it. It is also very easy to clean and use.
