What I liked: It's nice and fits on a flat shelf or can be used as a toy background. It can be reconfigured. I bought it knowing how small the rooms are. I liked that the parts can be removed for adjustment. If you're worried about the pieces coming off, just stick them in place with super glue. I also liked the discounted price which is still high but this toy brand is priced high and generally retains its resale value. I was happy to buy it with or without furniture. This is a good price for a gift when you buy it with furniture. What I didn't like: Delivery and delivery in an oversized wobbly storage box, the lid of the box is held in place by 3 tiny strips of adhesive, the bottom of the box just flips up. and it arrived with the bottom valve open. I had to double check all the contents to make sure nothing fell out.
