Like its competitor from Orico, I like the clear plastic case that allows me to quickly identify which drive I'm holding. Tool-free installation and removal makes this product easy to use. I would rate the building itself 4 stars. However, both cases I ordered came with defective USB-C cables. None of my computers recognized any drives until I replaced the cables with good quality, reputable brands. Samsung, ZMI and Anker are operational. Neither Orico's junk cable nor Cablecc's will work with their own cases. I sent the Orico back because of this issue but since I like this case a bit more I decided to keep it for myself and buy two new USB-C cables which would make this product a terrible value. I would give the cable 0 stars, but Revain won't let me, so 0 (cable) + 4 (body) / 2 = 2 stars overall.
