Review on MACLYN by Lawrence Crespo
The reviews are really good and easy to read.
We love how informative the reviews are and so easy to read! Our favorite section has to be the case studies, which give us a lot of insight into other brands and the strategies they use. This gives us a sense of how we can best use MACLYN ourselves. I like that there's an email link at the bottom right corner where you get notified when someone leaves a comment or rating - this makes it very easy to contact them if necessary. Also, as an admin, it would be great to see all the ratings next to each brand profile instead of just one overall average.
Pros
- Great user experience; everything from navigation, sign-in to data analysis is clear, intuitive and straightforward
- Easy access to our data; we can do everything through the dashboard and the data export/upload features make it easy to transfer the data to another platform if required
Cons
- There's no feature for tracking new comments; sometimes it feels like we're always being bombarded by the same people asking for more data or requesting support (we already provide the most data possible)
- No report for clients or product owners; no way to track the status of requests or communications
