Bought these for my 13 year old granddaughter who loves making necklaces out of my acrylic skins. She makes them both for herself and for friends. This set includes a wide range of bright colors so she can match any colored pendant she makes. Can't comment on durability or strength yet as she hasn't used it at the time of review as I only received it about an hour ago. They seem substantial enough for their needs. I like the fact that they are smaller in diameter so they fit the charms she uses with fairly small cord holes. I know she'll be really happy if I surprise her with it. We will definitely come back for more
