Did the job - food and entertainment

Making sushi for the first time, bought. I thought it was a decent price, and I was able to make decent sushi on my second try (we're not talking about the first sushi night at this establishment, but that's not the rollers' fault). Thanks to Elton Brown for the right rice recipe. But if you want to try making sushi at home, this is for me.
