I decided to have a tow eyelet for the rear of my 2019 Ford Ranger. Now I see a lot of cars with tow hooks that match the set in front. Couldn't find any aftermarket hinges for the rear so figured a single hinge (D ring shackle) installed in the tow hitch would help. Although the block fits into the receiver, the hole for the locking pin is smaller than on my hitches, the hole is slightly smaller. The hole is also clogged with a lump of slag or other material. So I have to spend extra to find a smaller stop pin or to drill a slag hole to install the same mounting hole that I use on my other hitches - an additional $5 to $20 cost. If you return this, a return shipping fee ($6.50) will be charged. Not mentioned in the ad.
