Review on 🐾 XSY&G Waterproof Dog Boots - Reflective Anti-Slip Dog Shoes for Medium Dogs (4Pcs) by Jamie Brady

My dog is older and has a weakness in his hind legs that causes him to slip on the hardwood floor. She also has droopy toes on her hind legs, and her weakness makes it difficult to climb stairs. I figured these boots might give her some grip on the hardwood floor to prevent some of her falls, while still being waterproof and durable enough to withstand her frequent trips outside (she also has urinary incontinence so she needs to pee every two hours be let out). ). Unfortunately, within two hours of putting these boots on, one came loose and the other flipped completely, so the splints were no longer up. Outside, the boots made it difficult for her to walk, I believe because (a) she couldn't feel the ground and (b) when her foot dragged, the rubber of the boot stuck to the ground more firmly and caused her to fall. Looks like a great quality product but I can't imagine how anyone would solve these problems of slipping boots, cornering and traffic delays on the road. Probably not brand specific, but common to all dog socks and shoes.
