I love this 3 liter instant pot! I also have a 6-quart 6-in-1 Instant Pot, but I felt like I needed a second Instant Pot to cook side dishes while I cook dinner in the big pot. The 9-in-1 pan has a lot more options than my 6-in-1 pan. I didn't use my big pot for hard boiled eggs but decided to try it in this pan by pressing the egg button. The eggs come out perfect every time and are very easy to peel. I've also successfully made coconut milk yogurt with the yogurt button in this pan. I had to buy another steamer basket and cheesecake pan which due to their small size fit in the 3 liter pot. I love the 9 in 1 so much I am considering upgrading my 6 in 1.
