Review on Punkston TH61 60% Mechanical Gaming Keyboard: Ultra-Compact, RGB Backlit, Programmable, πŸ”₯ Optical Blue Switch – Mini Keyboard with Full Keys for Gaming Enthusiasts by Michael Keitt

Revainrating 3 out of 5

TH61 is a RELIABLE budget board, especially for the price!

Looking for a mechanical keyboard, maybe 60%? This is definitely the type of board you could need. I have a Red Switch version of the keyboard, which isn't too loud but doesn't have as much actuation force either. Based on my RK61, the Punkston TH61 outperforms it. in almost every category, especially since the TH61 uses optical switches, which are vastly superior to soldered switches. Punxton also lubricates sway bars to reduce noise on most sway bars. Optical switches are better in the long run. because they respond faster to button presses than a soldered board. This is a positive thing, especially in relation to competitive games where faster movement than the opponent is important. The board is really quiet. While Optical Reds are a bit noisy when typing, if you want something a little more linear but a little quieter, you should definitely go for Optical Blacks to keep your fingers from tapping the keycaps faster with such a small amount of pressure. Makes. If you're looking for a mechanical keyboard and want something that's a good deal, offers faster response times, and is a very decent option in terms of typing, this should definitely be the keyboard to consider. .This has replaced my other keyboards that I usually rotate and will probably continue to do so for a long time.
