Although they are slightly larger than liter bags I think that once they are filled with product the TSA agent will realize that they certainly care more about what is in the bag is than just about a liter. At least they should be! Personally, I was disappointed that the zipper didn't open the full length of the bag, so didn't open as far as I would like or need. I have a lot of toiletries and it was a bit of a hassle loading and unloading all my products. One of the bags I wanted to use for makeup but my eyeshadow palette was too big for the hole and I had trouble putting it in so I ended up not using the bag. I will leave the bags but I will not use them for travel.
