Waaaaaaaay too small. I usually wear a small-med in shirts, I'm 5'7 and 130 lbs 34b thin build and purchased the large. I sized up knowing that these generally fit a size smaller being that they are compression. It is super short and squeezes my arms so much that they look weird. Evidently you need to size up 2-3 sizes to have it not look ridiculous and stretch the material so thin its see thru.
